It was hard for me because I'm taking other medicines and in other therapies at the moment so I think when I'm 100 percent ready to quit this will be goto! I have usually been able to quit without any issues.  For the last 3 years I haven't been able to easily kick this habit.  I received the Members Mark min Nicotine Lozenges with a dose of 4mg per pill, free in exchange for my review.  I love how mini the pills are and how great the bottle fits in all my purses. The taste of the lil minis aren't bad like other brands. It also didn't take to long to dissolve overall. I tend to pop one in my month while driving as that's where I tend to light up.
