They’re not too overpowering but just the right amount of flavor. They do great at curbing any cravings I have. I like the tubes they come in as they’re easy to slip into your pocket or purse and I even keep a couple tubes in my car when I get the urge to smoke. I can’t entirely say that I’ve quit for good but am trying to gradually stop smoking altogether. I definitely recommend these for anyone trying to break the habit!

They fit easily in my pocket and/or purse. I never had any issues with the tube opening inside my purse and making a mess. I feel they would be better if they had more of a minty flavor but they weren't bad. They took about 25 minutes to dissolve but I felt my craving recede much quicker than that. The quality was great and as expected for a Member's Mark product. I really liked these and I will definitely be purchasing more as needed.

It’s so hard to quit smoking and I’m Trying so hard but having something like this is helping get rid of the nicotine cravings. The flavor was ok but the only complaint is it kind of gave me dry mouth. Would I continue using them? Absolutely because it’s cut the cravings down. The next part is breaking the mental habit. I never smoke inside my house I smoked outside in the garage in the winter or on the porch. So that is a bait to I have to break I found that I got my self some “me” time when I went for breaks so I take the minis and go sit in the garage and try to replace that habit as well.
