You really want something that is easy to carry and have it when the urge strikes. The size of lozenges are also small, making it fast and easy to take. I like cherry Ice flavor. It is a nice change from usual mint.

It did take a couple of weeks but glad it actually worked. I will continue to take them to help with the urge until all are done. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. They have a minty flavor and it’s not overpowering. Some mints and lozenges tend to have that burning taste, these do not. After the first 2 days, my cravings began to disappear.
