Delicious. Very rich. Strong smoke flavor. There is no honey or sweet flavor. We use this for a smoked salmon pasta with asparagus dish. It works better than more delicate smoked salmon brands we have tried. We use those for serving with crackers.

This is the worst smoked salmon I have ever had. It smells like motor oil and doesn’t taste much better. Pure waste of money, the kitchen smells like car exhaust from it. Not kidding, that bad. Sam’s used to carry Latitude 54 or whatever it was called, a tray of pieces and it was really good. Bring it back and make room in the counter by tossing this stuff.
