This is an excellent product. For the convenience minded, our Sam's also sells Honey Smoked Fish Company pre-made salmon spread that I HAVE NOT tried. We like the homemade recipe have.

This salmon is so delicious and is incredible however you prepare it. We love it on bagels with cream cheese, in salmon sandwiches and as an addition to any salad. It’s just yummy!

I bought this to make poke bowls and I was NOT disappointed. YUM! Since Sam's no longer has the Latitude 45 smoked salmon I used to buy, I'll be buying this instead.

I’m not a salmon eater myself, but my friends introduced this to my kids, and they absolutely loved it. We hadn't bought it in a few months, but my son recently asked me to pick some up again. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed with the recipe. He immediately noticed it didn't taste the same and didn't like it. My husband, who also eats this and isn't a picky eater at all, agreed that the flavor has definitely changed. He said it was all he could do to finish it. We were really disappointed because this used to be a favorite.

This smoked salmon was a big hit with the family. The flavor is great, not too smoky, not too sweet. You could easily add a hot sauce or glaze if you wanted too but it can stand alone. I served it on sourdough toast with cream cheese. And will likely add it on a salad for easy meal prep. If you see definitely grab it!
