The explanation you provide is unacceptable about a better design. Just not true for those wearing the previous design women's underwear. What were your designer's thinking? The previous color was so much better. If this is an attempt to cut cost, it is not worth it to lose customers. The COST of this underwear is not cheap, and the dye used concerns me. It appears CHEAP, and THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE>This new design is not what works for my family member. I will not buy anymore until you have, at least, gone back to the old design abd/or a better design, which had a great fit. These are not comfortable, AT ALL. The underwear should fit like a brief, not like a thong. LIKE THE BEIGE COLOR which blends in better.

Member's mark total protection underwear xl. Why would you change a product that worked? From My perspective it was a product that you had difficulty keeping in stock. So obviously it was a good selling product. The new members mark xl disposable underwear are now too small and is not absorbent at all. Cheaply and poorly redesigned. It is a real shame when something that worked was changed to save money producing. I am sure it will be a major money loss for Sam's club in the long term. I will gladly pay more money for the assurance of a total protection underwear. Tena will be my go to for Positive Total Protection Disposable Underwear.

So disappointed to see this product made cheaper. The coverage is terrible. I bought the old product for my clients and my mother. I will need to seek another brand to purchase from here on in. Very sad that Members Mark dropped the ball on this one.

I have always bought the Member's Mark for my 91 year old mother. The size use to be S-M. They were easy for her to put on herself. I bought a medium and she struggles to pull them up. They are quite a bit smaller then the old ones. They look really small. I truly don't think they would fit a person the size they say they would. Why do companies always change things.

Not as thick nor as absorbent as the Total Protection underwear it replaces. I tried “going up a size “ as they suggested, but it doesn’t help. It’s just not as absorbent! Very dissatisfied with this product. Please bring back the Total Protection

I bought these for my 85yr old mother in law. I followed the size quide and it said she would wear a small. Took these home and waisted at least 5 trying to get them pulled up on her. They ripped every time. I was very disappointed and returned them. I will go back to buying the Walmart brand that I know fits and won't tear every time we put one on.

Glad I decided to buy these. Great value. More for the price than most. Good fit. No leaks. These are probably the best overall I have tried. When I get out of bed, all the liquid is inside the brief. Bed is dry. The one change I would make is to make them longer in the back. I am tall . I recommend that you try these.

What the heck have you done, this is a big big mistake. they are pads in paper pants!!!!! Please go back to the other ones, these new ones are not for bladder and bowel issues. never once did I come home from being out to wet pants (and not the paper ones). this new design a horrible ideal they are not for incontinence they are for menstrual cycles I mean really just look at the PAD, (YES ITS A PAD) as now I always have wet pants not just the diaper but my pants are soaked before I can get to use a restroom. IT'S A PAD NOT ADULT DIAPERS CALL IT WHAT IT IS!!!!!!! no since in contacting customer service they never ever do anything anywhere. the public is who hears what your saying and the public DO NOT LIKE THESE TYPE OF PADS FOR INCONTANCE, THESE ARE MORE FOR A LITTLE LEAK, A DRIP, NOT A FULL BLOWN BLADDER ISSUE. Poor fit, the Large actually is 6 " smaller than the old one. The extra large is bigger/ I am so disappointed.. Why did you have to change a product that worked and fit so well. I am at a loss to know what to do because I relied on these to be available.
