I bought one case online as usual. It was almost like trying to put an undersized girdle on. Now I have a case that are too small and having to wait on my next order. I just hope the FedEx delivery person will leave them on the rear covered deck instead of hiding them between vehicles in the drive - even in the rain. I am disabled and sometimes cannot walk that far to look for my order.

Having purchased Member's Mark Disposable Underwear for several years for an older female family member, the old product was thick, absorbent, fit correctly, and "did the job". While the new product may look more like Women's underwear, looks are deceiving. The new product does not fit the same (way too small), are neither thick nor absorbent, and DO NOT "do the job". The "upgrades" are not upgrades: they're simply a manufacturer's way of attempting to save money in production. Sam's Club members deserve better, so please return to the previous product because, from other reviews, the new ones are clearly unsatisfactory.

I have been using members mark for a long time and they were great before the product was resized to something smaller and had diminished absorbency. I course the price didn't change. Now I have to find a new product to take care of my incontinence issues. Not a good decision Members Mark

I bought a package of the Members Mark Underwear for Women today in the local Sam's. After reading the reviews I wondered how they were given a 4 star review when every review I read was negative. I did not like these nearly as much as what I have been buying. They don't work nearly as well so when this package is used up, will go back to the product I have been buying. Very disappointing! Members Mark products have always been very good but the mark was missed on this product. I'm not calling customer service -- they don't care so will be a customer who falls between the cracks. You should listen to your customers who use these products and take responsibility for admitting you made a mistake and new and "improved" isn't always the best.

I had an accident one night %26 was afraid I wet myself pretty bad but I got to the toilet pretty quick so I’m doing good right now. The protection was great didn’t even get myself wet that much so was very happy. I’m going to order one size down because I lost weight so I will need see how I do. Thanks u

I bought these in June thinking that bulk would do better than an online brand. For me, the need is due to the side effects of surgery. These are not highly absorbent or total protection. Unfortunately, as soon as I realize that I have to go and I begin to move, my bladder releases. What I noticed is that when I can't move fast enough, and I'm still on my back in bed, urine leaks through. My bed pads have saved me a few times, but not often. Also, once I'm standing, if I don't make it to the bathroom, I noticed that urine leaks down my legs. These haven't been the most pleasant experience, but at least I know. I get the concept of being discreet, but the padding isn't as thick as I need it to be to keep me accident free. Moreover, because of the slimmer design, I can't keep them on when I have a slight accident. I'm already more than half through the pack, so I'll likely have to go back to the other brand. I'd recommend this product for light accidents, but not overnight or for someone who has a difficult time getting to the restroom without the possibility of leaking.

Great price BUT.. the crotch is cut in a rectangle, no taper to accommodate the contour of the crotch, resulting in a wadding and bunching that allows leakage onto the bedding. Sorry, with all the high reviews I thought it would be a winner. Just does not work for us.

This is one of the worst decisions Sam's Member Mark has made. These are horrible, I wouldn't recommend them as they leak horrible. I feel horrible for my loved one who has no choice but to use them. You really should rethink this decision, or go back to drawing board

I bought these for my mother in law thinking they were the same she has bought for years from Sam's. However, she says they are much smaller and do not have the stretch like the former ones. It was stated that a large goes to size 22, but I guess without the stretch this proves inaccurate for her. Unfortunately, we bought 2 boxes and opened them and set them up for her. Wasted money! Will try the XL in hopes they will fit.
