I love this product. I was to purchase this initially but once I got and and started to ride i realized that this made working out fun. The trainers are top notch and being able to ride anywhere in the world is fantastic. sometimes I catch myself "leaning" into a corner on a windy road along with the instructor. The workouts are hard but it feels so great and goes by so fast that it makes you want to ride more than one workout everyday. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape and have some fun.

We absolutely love our bike and the membership for all the classes for our family! We started with Peloton but had a less than stellar experience with delivery and setup and we decided to go with this bike and even though the first one that arrived was damaged, we got a new one delivered and setup super quick and we’ve been very pleased.

I love riding the bike as it is low impact on my joints, but still provides me with the exercise I need through the winter months. I am also pleased that I finally got my wife on it and she has commented how she enjoys the interaction and instruction of the trainers

The first S22i we received had an issue with the speakers, they just wouldn't get very loud so it was difficult to hear. NordicTrack, to their credit, sent us a new monitor unit and once I installed that the speaker volume was good... However, the sound tends to drop out if you have the fan running. At first i thought maybe it was due to poor internet connection, but the WiFi speeds at the bike are solid. Eventually we linked the problem to the fan and it's easy to replicate. Sometimes the video is choppy and I'm not sure if that's our internet service or due to traffic on the host end (iFit). The bike lacks some adjustability, would be great if the handlebars could slide back and forth to adjust the reach.

The glitching iFit streaming service makes the S22i nonfunctional at times. The streaming glitches approximately every 3 seconds on average. After updates, resets, and power-offs it continues to be an issue. When the bike fully works, it’s fantastic. However, the amount of time spent dealing with glitches makes me question my purchase.

The bike and programs are fantastic. I'm thrilled. We also have the treadmill and rower. Every experience is like a mini vacation. In addition to the mental and physical benefits of regular exercise, this adds another layer of healthy escape, relaxation, and motivation. Great job NordicTrack. I've exercised in gyms consistently since I was a teenager. It's been over thirty years. This is a major breakthrough, a game changer/industry disruptor. Please keep pumping out the new content! Fan is very loud and annoying sounds like it’s broken.. the seat is the worst Bike is overall good enough. The auto incline / decline / resistance make it probably the best on the market. IFIT classes either indoor or studio are good and fun. I have changed the horrible seat so that’s no longer an issue. I wish the fan was quiet

The bike wobbles on mid-height carpet, even with a gym mat underneath. The seat and handlebars don't have enough adjustment versatility for me to feel fully comfortable. The fan makes a buzzing noise it shouldn't make (the fan on my NordicTrack tread doesn't make a buzzing noise). I'm also not confident the wattage/power is accurate. I like the auto-adjust feature and the large swivel screen. Overall, I am far more comfortable on a Peloton bike, and am pretty disappointed with this bike. However, I rode my old Peloton much longer and I've only ridden this one ~6 months. Maybe I'll get used to it.

I cannot change the angle of the seat. I loosened the knob to raise and lower the handlebars but it will not move up or down. I wish there was a way to stop a video besides stopping pedaling. Can't find a pause. Did once but when I tapped it again, the video cut off. Don't know how to go to a video completed to repeat except by going to calendar. Can the distance between seat and handlebars be shortened.

Training for a 500 mile ride across Iowa (RAGBRAI) is in progress. The S22i Studio bike is great for training different riding styles (endurance, speed, mountains). Having great fun everyday building my strength and endurance. I’ll be ready to join the 10,000 to 20,000, or more, other bikies in July.
