If you watch any video reviews online, you'll have a good idea of how this exercise bike performs and feels. It did take a long time to do software updates, but it boots up faster than the iFit treadmill we have from NordicTrack. Assembly was fairly easy, although they don't clean the paint from the threads so some screws bind up before the thread lock patch engages and here was one assembly step for the monitor that did not show the same cable routing as my monitor came with. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

In New England months of cold weather exist. Consequently, I depend on my S22i strictly for MTB cold weather riding. I exercise six days a week with a mix of hiking and iFit biking. So please keep producing more MTB trail rides. FYI: Would like to see a handlebar design more in tune with a MTB riding posture. Refer to PIC for my modification. It works really well and, if designed properly, would make a nice "clamp-on" accessory.

This Bike is Great!! I love having the convenience of it in my Home. No need to go to the gym... no excuses. I have lost 20 lbs in the month and a half I have owned it. I love the Mountain bike Rides and the workouts that are on ifit. This is a great bike!!

Enjoying the bike, quality, and programs I can train for triathlons , general fitness, aerobics, strength training , cycling and many other varied workouts. You can also choose just 20 minutes up to an hour depending on how much time you have Ifit is really nice!! Takes the thinking out of training The quality of the bike is very nice

Integrated with rides from all over the world to match the trainer’s pace. Love the stories, visuals, and immersive sound. Extremely motivating -time and miles flies by. Sturdy bike, although incline has a clunky transition. Fan could be bigger/more powerful. Small issues compared to the smooth ride and flexible configuration. Like that pedals have both cleats and basket options. Get a gel padded seat cover for extra comfort.

Assembly was a joke. The handle bar stem was unable to fit into the molded plastic support tube because the tube was not engineered for it. I spent 6-8 hours using a rasp to file down the opening so it would fit. Ridiculous!!! I should have taken photos as I see now that they could have been posted. It's in place and ready to use but I haven't plugged it in, I have my fingers crossed everything will work as advertised.

Within a few years of owning the bike, using it maybe 50 times I've had parts break. I think that is fair and understandable. What is NOT understandable is the fact that the support that Nordictrack provides is awful. Recently the controls for resistance and incline died. I was FINALLY able to reach a rep at ICON fitness support. They sent me the new part. It comes with NO instructions on how to install or any good information. You are forced to google search the part number for some youtube videos done by random people that also own the bike. When you prompt the support rep for instructions they say, here call this number or go to your owners manual. Well that is helpful if I knew the part name beyond just a number. You should have online support articles or better yet videos on how to replace parts. You have to have analytics on how many parts you send out as replacements and I am sure there are parts that show up more on the list than others. That should be your starting point. Would not purchase this bike again.
