The bike is a good bike and great with Ifit....when it works. Ifit quit working and trying to get a hold of an actual person took 1/2 hour after getting bounced around from person to person. After it was restored, I was the only one that could use it. My other user is locked out. Ugh!

This is my second NordicTrack product, and my S22 purchase was based on how much I like out treadmill. The iFit programs are terrific and have the versatility I like. Unlike the treadmill, the S22i has some technical problems that are making the cycle difficult to use. 1. The video is glitchy, often pausing or freezing during the workouts. It is not an internet issue. 2. 50 rides in, and the resistance motor is making a loud clicking noise, and recently just stopped working. I rated a 3 because I do really like the Nordictrack products overall. The issues on my cycle are disruptive to usage, but I am confident that the company will get this taken care of. If not, I'll update my review.

The bike seat is uncomfortable and the bike wiggles. The bike’s logo letters fell off from the day I got the bike. Called support to get help because our bike top wiggled too much and they were almost no help. IFIT is okay, fan is nice to have and instructors are fine.

I use this bike everyday! Not only to get in a cycling workout, with so many options and videos to keep things interesting, but also for whole body workouts and yoga. I love that you can turn the screen to workout next to your bike, fan and music are huge pluses love everything about this bike!!

My hubby has winter depression and, due to recent foot problems, wasn't able to snowshoe, walk, or ski his blues away. I invested in this bike to give him something to do that carried over from his summer biking. Lordy, it's a miracle! He absolutely loves this bike. His attitude and mood are greatly improved, his cardio and strength are coming back, and the endorphin rush lasts the rest of the day. We are both crazy about this bike and the iFit program we can follow. We both commented that we can explore and workout while feeling safe from actual traffic, falls, potholes, and dogs. It's comfortable, easy to adjust, and the screen clarity and size are terrific. Love the fan! Neither of us are bike jocks at all, but we're both getting stronger and more fit because the videos help move us along. We don't quit when we're tired, we're motivated to finish the workouts by great trainers who don't yell at us :) We're recommending this bike to anyone who will listen.

We thought we loved our NordicTrack 2450 treadmill, but the S22i Studio Bike is even better! The bike has many of the same features of the treadmill such as auto adjust incline and speed (RPM) adjustment, along with the enormous library of top notch trainers and workouts. But this bike is so smooth and pleasant to ride, that it has become our new favorite piece of equipment. Thank you to NordicTrack for an advanced design and riding experience. Your products along with the outstanding iFit trainers and workouts have changed the lives of two people in their mid 60s. I am confident that we will live longer, healthier, and happier lives because we can enjoy and look forward to working out every day.

This is my 2nd Nordic track equipment and I am so happy with both. This bike is amazing!! I spent a week at my son’s house and they have a peloton bike—so very disappointing. Not only is my Nordic track bike much more advanced in all it is able to do—incline/decline, auto resistance adjustment—the iFIT programs are waaaay more advanced than any on peloton. The iFIT trainers are wonderful!! The quality of my bike and tread are EXCELLENT!! If you own a peloton, I highly suggest you try a Nordic track machine. They are the best!!

This bike keeps shutting off in the middle of workouts, and the "solutions" provided by the support team have been useless in fixing the issue. Now my bike will no longer even turn on, even after trying a new power supply to see if that was the issue. I would not recommend purchasing any electronic equipment from Nordic Track, given the issues we experienced and the support team's inability to remedy the issue or make it right.

We purchased our NordicTrack S22i Studio Bike about three months ago. We really enjoy the iFit trainers and all the great outdoor rides. The availability of so many outdoor rides was a prime reason for choosing this bike over the competition. iFit also includes indoor rides and many other fantastic training options (example: strength training, stretching, etc.). Our NordicTrack bike was easy to setup and has worked perfectly so far; we ride (two of us) 6-7 days per week. We absolutely love this bike and highly recommend it along with the iFit membership.

This is an ongoing issue. Forget about using wireless headphones or a heart rate monitor with this equipment. If you do, about a minute into your ride the screen will freeze with buffering issues. I've reset the system with no change. I have a strong internet connection and should add that my Nordictrack treadmill doesn't have this same problem. This became an issue when there was an update. I've tried to reach customer support but they don't respond.
