Very Pretty color and finish is beautiful

I bought late 2023 for my livingroom and again August 2024 for my family room. Sad to see it was disconnected. Worried I may come up short and no way to purchase any additional panels if we do.

Awful

Buyer Beware- Do not buy

DO NOT BUY. Planks DO NOT stay securely locked in place. Save your money and buy rigid core, not MDF core. Will be returning unopened product for refund.

What you're describing is unusual, as the click-and-lock system is designed for ultimate ease and efficiency. This shouldn't happen if the first 3-4 rows are installed and aligned correctly. Do not purchase

I bought this flooring 2 years ago and paid to have it laid professionally. This flooring can't withstand any water for more than an hour. It is bubbling everywhere, and it's supposed to be high quality. I paid over 7g for flooring and installation, and within a year, I will have to replace it. Also, it never looks clean after 2 weeks.

Beautiful but not functional

This floor looks amazing but is so slick it is dangerous. Both my dogs are on antiinflammatory meds since I installed this flooring. They literally do a 4 legged split if they turn to fast. When wearing socks with no shoes my husband fell. My husband's co-worker had to remove this flooring from his parent's house it was so dangerous for them. I currently have 6 rubber backed rugs covering my beautiful new floor.

Bad flooring

Do not buy!!

Do not buy! I have had this flooring for 3.5 years and it’s been a struggle. They never look clean. They show water spots with even a drip of water. I have tried every floor product out there to make them look good and seriously nothing works. Very disappointed.

To keep your laminate flooring looking it's best, we recommend avoiding wax, polish, or oil-based products, as they can cause a buildup that is difficult to remove over time. Instead, spot clean with a water-based cleaner specifically designed for laminate flooring.
