Top surface scratches ver easy. I have had laminate before and this is horrible

I first want to say that I absolutely despise the fact that I am having to resort to commenting on a company's public social media profile, but in 2025. apparently this is the only way to have my voice heard. In an attempt to save someone else heartache if you plan on buying flooring through Sam's club DON'T DO IT. My family and I replaced our upstairs floors in 2021 with LVP not from Sam's club. I'm not exaggerating when I say that flooring doesn't have a single scratch on it. In May of 2022 we decided to replace our downstairs flooring with flooring from Sam's club. We haven't even reached 3 years of the Sam's club flooring and it's already chipped, missing vinyl in places that my family doesn't even WALK ON (underneath cabinets etc) and will need to be replaced as soon as we can afford it. I understand that most people's thoughts will be it must be user error. Nope! I am a rule follower. When we install any flooring I look up the manufacturers guidelines for cleaning and maintenance and follow them. I know your next question- the manufacturer. Why not just try and use their warranty instead of returning to Sam's club? Great question, I can't. In an attempt to gain more knowledge and find a solution to this very expensive problem I went into my local club where I was told they can't find the information from when I purchased almost 2,000 square feet of flooring. In order to submit a claim through the manufacturer I need to have my purchase information to submit. I tried calling Sam's Club corporate and was told they only deal with online orders and to go in store. Long story short, if you're considering buying select surfaces flooring RUN in the opposite direction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is generally sturdy and simple enough to install; however, it is subject to chipping on the corners and shorter edges. So, be weary when handling the material to prevent corner chipping and be prepared to see a couple of chips after installation.

We did our entire new build in this flooring. We love the look & feel, but wish the installation was easier. It's very difficult to fit this into tight spaces due to the 4 connection points & even difficult to get them together on a straight run. It's also impossible to replace damaged pieces after the floor is in.

We recently purchased the Toffee laminate flooring by Select Surfaces. We have a similar color by the same company (caramel by select surfaces) throughout our home. We receive frequent compliments on the looks of our floors. The color is classic and the product is amazing. With two young kids and a energetic dog we needed durable floors that could handle wear and tear. This product has not disappointed. We expect the same awesome product with the Toffee laminate that we purchased. Easy to install! You will not be with this product or this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided on this flooring because of the thickness. we got barnwood and it’s 14 mm thick and looks and feels like real wood. We are senior citizens and we laid 500 sq ft ourselves.. Easy to install. Love it ❤️

Purchased this flooring for use in wet areas of my home. Laundry, kitchen and bathrooms. I installed this flooring about 5 years ago. I was thinking that I would never see a time where the water proof laminate would be put to the test. Very recently (like 5 hours ago), the water supply to the toilet broke and I had "Old Faithfull" actively spraying water all over the floor. After cleaning up about a 1/2" of water from the floor, using towels and fans, the floor looked exactly the way it did upon installation. I am pleased with it's performance. Sorry, no photos. I was trying to mitigate the damage.

Best Flooring I have ever had. Easy to install. Love the color and it is set at an awesome price. This flooring type will cost you around $5.00 a square ft at Lowes! I want to thank Select Surfaces for providing awesome flooring at a great price. Had this in my bedroom for 8 months now and now putting down 720 square feet more in other areas in my house.

We’ve put this flooring in our flip houses and when it was time to redo our own, there was no doubt we’d use this. It’s beautiful against our gray kitchen cabinets, is durable and everyone comments how pretty they are. I highly recommend. Easy to install, as well.
