On days that I have next to no energy, I can just grab a cold one out of the fridge and go about my business for the day. They make life easy and taste amazing! It was actually surprisingly good, very rich in flavor and love that it has so many vitamins and nutrients!Another plus was that it’s gluten free and is suitable for those that are lactose intolerant!

The only thing I did not care for is that they add carreegian and stevia to this. Both of which are not good for you and I avoid products that have this in it. But, if you are not concerned, I recommend this product if you're looking for a quick, good tasting in between meals "snack".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the taste of this. It tastes like the iced mochas I used to get at Mcdonalds. I just add ice to it and drink it in the mornings. Not to thick and not super thin its the right consistency. The coffee taste isnt strong either. It has 20 grams of protein in it and lots of other vitamins like vitamin d and a and calcium. Very good for your body in the morning to give you a boost before your workday or workout.

I am not certain why there are complaints about the flavor I enjoy it, cold or not. Had a heart attack and Doc recommended I supplement protein and minerals. I have tried Other brand but they are really expensive and boost is reasonable, tastes fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, this high protein nutritional drink by Boost is the best one yet. I've tried a number of high protein drinks over the past two years and this one is very good tasting. So many have a nasty aftertaste that is so off-putting that I just want to drink it fast and very cold. This strawberry flavored Boost is easy to drink and is good even when warm. The strawberry flavor is not overwhelming and I find that the aftertaste is very mild. Great protein drink and 240 calories isn't bad for meal replacement which is what I use these type of drinks for.
