You can easily take it on the go or have it at home. I like it best cold - it is good over ice. I would like it to have a bit more chocolate flavor. I would definitely use this - with the extra protein - when using supplement drink products. Recommend.

Most of them have such a chalky bitter taste that it’s almost dreadful. But I didn’t find that That happened with this shake. I found the taste to be really nice and smooth and not chalky at all. I was really surprised by how I would get a boost of energy after taking the shake.

My husband thought it tasted chalky but I did not so I guess it goes from person to person. I thought it tasted/felt like a melted chocolatey pudding since it's thicker than just chocolate milk.

It has a nice nutritional profile with 20 grams of protein as well. It is a good drink to have after a workout or even in place of breakfast in the morning. The only thing for me is I didn't notice a big boost in energy but overall this is a great drink!

I like that it comes in different amounts and it's very convenient and good for on the go. I can't say anything for effectiveness as I just started taking. Will purchase again in the future
