Serta Hello Dreams Firm 12" Mattress

I got this mattress for my teenage son. We received it on Monday and so far he loves it!

Bought this bed and slept in it last night. I am in serious back pain and feel like I sank in to a pit next to my husband. I weigh 160, and so being a frim bed it should be firm. It us not firm. It came warped and looks like not well made at all, floppy. Not worth the money. You have to return to vender and not Sams Club, so it will be a pain to return it now.
