We love our new mattress!

My back could not ever feel better

I've never tried a hybrid mattress, but I have my gripes with innerspring mattresses; namely, that they create too much motion transfer (I'm a light sleeper), and they get lumpy and bumpy. This mattress has been so comfortable to sleep on. It's supportive and firm without being hard, and when one of us rolls over, the mattress doesn't bounce and jiggle anymore. I think we love it!

My husband and I are so pleased with our new mattress! It is the right amount of firmness we were looking for with a slight pillow top finish to make it cozy to climb into bed. Our process was seamless from the beginning. The delivery process was easy and the guys who delivered the mattress were very careful not to knock anything off our walls. 10/10, would recommend!

If you have back problems or not, this mattress is absolutely divine!! I would recommend this to everyone! You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer my mattress to be a little bit more on the firm side and this one is just that. It still has a level of bounce while having great support when sleeping on it. Mattress material is very soft and I like that the fitted sheets don’t shift or move while on it. Had such a good nights sleep on it, was that good deep sleep and I felt refreshed the next day. A mattress makes a huge difference how well you sleep and I’m so happy I got to try this one out. I love it!

Just received my new mattresses to replace my Members Mark hybrid medium firm twin XL that were too soft. Right away noticed that this Serta doesn't flex as much with the adjustable base And does have a removable cover. Hope it will be a great sleep.

Not what I expected

Never received the mattress despite a delivery date/time window being set. A man even called and said he would arrive in 10 minutes and never showed. Sam's refuses to refund me, saying I have to contact Serta, who then says I have to contact Sam's. STRONGLY recommend you avoid buying this mattress and doing business with these scammers in general.

Bought this bed and slept in it last night. I am in serious back pain and feel like I sank in to a pit next to my husband. I weigh 160, and so being a frim bed it should be firm. It us not firm. It came warped and looks like not well made at all, floppy. Not worth the money. You have to return to vender and not Sams Club, so it will be a pain to return it now.
