Love that this is so easy to put together and use. It heats up very quickly as well. My only concern is that sticky messes may take some pre-treating. This is great for sanitizing, but for messes, I'm not sure how it will do. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

This is the 3rd one I have purchased. First broke within a year. 2nd didn't work out of the box. Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year.

The cord was too short and I had to put a longer screw in the bottom of the mop to keep it from falling off.

It is okay for small kitchens and bathrooms.I did not like it on carpets.Putting it together was easy .Does not have smell does what it say steam mop.Iwould not recommended if one have a big house or apartment.

My husband has used it and likes it pretty good. He said sometimes he has to go over a spot a few times but at least we do not have to buy wet wipes to replace.

I bought this about a month ago; it works excellent on hardwood floors & tile. All it takes is water. The pads that come with it are machine washable.

The cord is short which is a downside but considering the sale price $29 it's a good tool to have. Ive already used it s few times and it gets the grim out.

Tried it on my carpets and loved it. The steam came out quickly and refreshed my carpets. I haven't tried it on my bare floors; but I'm looking for the same great results.

I give it a 5 star for the quality and price! Had been looking for something simple, easy to store steam mop and yet wasn't willing to pay more than what I got it for.

This steam mop is lightweight with a powerful steam and a large swivel head for quick easy clean up on those sticky spots from dropped food and drinks! It tucks away pretty much anywhere as it stands alone upright!
