Love the swivel, love how lightweight and easy to lift Cord is too short, water tank too small, and a second mop head is needed My tile has divets, this mop does not clean the dust and dirt that settles, I need to scrub first to clean It would probably work better on smooth surfaces

Not worth the money

I returned this item. The cleaning pad does not even touch the floor.

Steam mop it is exactly what it described.

Not good for other than tile etc.

This does a good job on our luxury vinyl flooring.

the last one lasted 3 years hope this time lasts alittle longer

It puts too much water on the floors and leaves them looking dirty and water stained.

Small head doesn't cover much at a time

gets very hot, but not very good cleaning
