Totally missed the center of the mop touching the floor. Tended to only pull dirt from the outside frame. The whole mopping area was not touching the floor in the middle. Returned it.

What a powerful gadget!!! Nothing to put together and comes with a measuring cup. This little machine is powerful and puts out a lot of steam to get those tough jobs done. Sure makes cleaning easier. Steam cleaned hardwood floors, kitchen floor and bathroom floor. Going to try it out on the grout in the bathroom next.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this steam mop. Considering the price point and all the competitors out there. This is a great buy. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the length of the cord. If you have a bigger space you will need an extension cord, or a brand that offers some more slack. Hope this helps ?

I love this… very light, great steam, easy to use gets in the corners replaced shark steam mop with True & Tidy. My complaint is order extra pads when you purchase mop. After receiving realized I needed extra mop pads looked at Walmart they do not carry I live 2-3 hrs to the nearest Sam's ordered took almost month to receive them they do not carry in local Sam's club.

It works really well, I no longer have to get down to the floor to scrub tough spots with my hands. I let the steam do ALL the work. I love this thing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, I wish it came with additional cleaning pads since it does dirty quickly.

love it, this thing has so much power, we filled it, turned it on and steam came rolling out in less than a minute, i didn't have to keep pumping it either like my old one. i bought this for my daughter and now she doesn't have that sticky floor residue that she had before from old mops and detergents. i will be ordering one of these for myself since my super large professional steamer is too much for regular usage

Works wonderful, easy assemble and for my small space, it is perfect. I was really surprised at how well it cleaned my carpet and it picked up dirt really well even after a pre-mopped, because I wasn't sure it really was going to work. I absolutely loved the price, it was a real bargain!

We have a beautiful Chow Chow, name Snowball, but when she comes in from the parking lot she is so dirty on her feet that we were having to clean the floor with a rag and soap. Now we just plug in the Great Chow Clean Up, and the floor is clean and not more bending

After waiting over 2-weeks due to shipping delay, we didn't even open the tiny lightweight box it came in. Certainly much different than expected and suspect quality and durability would be a problem. We immediately returned it and bought a Shark steam mop.

As I unpacked the machine I appreciated the light weight and ease of putting it together. However, the cord is split. I have never seen this in any power cord. Quality of the cord is extremely low. I did try the machine, and it works great! Sad to have to return it.
