Assembly was simple and quick. The mop doesn't take long to heat up and cleans without the use of cleaner. The pad stayed in place impeccably during for the first 10-15 uses, but is beginning to decrease in hold firmness, (still usable) and this is my only concern at this time.

The steam mop is very light weight and it is ready for use in 30 seconds or less. However, I am not real happy with it as the pad does not make complete contact with the floor due to the fastening system for the pad. Consequently, the only part of the pad that touches the floor are at the points of the velcro type fasteners. Also the cord is way too short. It only reaches, maybe 7'. I am going to try and return it.

Too flimsy and will not handle well The pad is attached flimsy also and does not wash well.

Doesn't clean like I thought it would so going to shop fir something different

Great for cleaning up my tile floors

I like this mop because it is lightweight and so much easier than using a regular mop. Does a great job cleaning the dirt and leaves the floors shiny
