We love the flavor. We love the crispiness (we thaw completely then deep fry for 2 minutes). But the shape drives me crazy. "Chicken strips" is a misnomer. More like "chicken clumps." Some of the clumps are huge—it's evident that a piece of meat was folded over before it hit the breading portion of the assembly line. We like to make sandwiches out of them, and the weird shapes and portions that are missing breading entirely make this difficult. It also makes distribution difficult. You can't really say "everyone can have two chicken strips," because one "strip" is actually this huge clump for one person, and this mangled thinner piece with no breading on it for another person. I wouldn't mind if the pieces were smaller but at least more uniform and evenly coated and not folded over into a pile at times. It seems like a great product that just needs some refining of the manufacturing process.

They are super tasty The seasoning was perfectly balanced, not too salty, with a hint of spice that kept it interesting without overpowering the flavor. It’s the kind of comfort food you keep thinking about even after you’ve finished the last bite. Paired with a dipping sauce, it’s honestly irresistible.

I buy these all the time because I can make many delicious meals with them. The meat is tender, and the coating is crispy. It has a good flavor. These are easy to prepare in my air fryer or oven. I like making chicken wraps with them. They are also good with gravy or BBQ sauce.

Tyson’s Crispy Chicken Strips are a solid go-to when you need something quick and easy. They cook best in the oven or air fryer, coming out with a nice full coating and a surprisingly juicy bite. They’re definitely tasty, but they do fall just a little short in flavor—you get a good crunch, but that “special” seasoning punch isn’t quite there. Still, for a fast meal that’s reliable and better than a lot of other brands, Tyson makes a dependable choice. Perfect for busy days, dipping sauces, and simple dinners.
