Great cake for the price and quality! Plus convenience is key!

As usual, Sam's cake did not disappoint. It was delicious and cute!

The cake writing was subbar and it didn't say exactly what I wanted it to say.

If you show up early and don’t have executive membership the staff will harass you

i order a full size cake they gave me a half size i till haven’t received my money back

This CUSTOM cake thing is terrible. You can't put on there on there how you want your cake to look.

This was my first time using the online cake ordering. I don't like being limited on color choices. I have been ordering cakes and cupcakes regularly for my group for years. The color choices from the in-store boards need to be available. With so many home events since covid, cake/cupcake orders really made celebrations quick, easy and safe.

The trim was the incorrect color and shape, filling was the incorrect cake type, and the photo for which we dropped off was not even included even though the picture with the order number was still behind the counter. The writing order on had parentheses of "photo cake". They ruined my daughter's 21st birthday with the photo that I have worked for hours on getting perfect for the decoration. I was only giving a $20 gift certificate even though I have screenshots for proof of my order. They told me what they read on the screen when they made. They apologize that it was their fault for not updating the photo picture that was dropped off many days prior. They took away the shine of the party, and I'm very upset and will never order it another cake from Sam's Club again. Everyone at the party told me they messed so many people's cake orders of that I should have never have ordered there. Great value for what?!

i bought last week for my mother 81st birthday. i bought a half sheet the cake itself was great. decorating was perfect and frosting not too sweet. ( 5 stars) only negative is no one in bakery after a certain time no one to help or make suggestions after 3pm talked to a maintainance man actually he was very helpful and made sure order was put in.
