Hi. We appreciate you sharing your rating and feedback regarding your LG Top Load Washer, model WT6105CW. We recognize your shared experience with the agitation cycle on your new unit. To help restore proper washing motion, we suggest performing a quick power reset by unplugging the washing machine from the wall outlet, pressing and holding the Start/Pause button for five seconds, plugging the unit back in, and trying a new cycle. Additionally, ensuring that the wash load is evenly balanced and not packed too tightly allows the agitator to sense the load size and move freely. For further guidance on diagnosing drum and agitation movement, please refer to our support article at https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-washer-troubleshooting-washing-machine-drum-not-spinning--20150584818000?srsltid=AfmBOoofslJHE_KbvypWGG_1tUcT5CWMsHiJ-7r2NOAFvYKmSDduCMJG.
