I'm pleased with everything but the normal cycle. It doesn't fill with enough water to cover all the clothes during the wash cycle. It takes about 3/4 of the wash cycle for everything to even get wet.

I bought my washer two months ago and this is the second time now it’s giving me issues. Someone came out the first time after three weeks of calling & troubleshooting and replaced a part in the back it just keeps going to deep fill.

We bought this in July for our daughter. She loves it! I love LG products and just ordered a dish washer for our home. This is the first electronic washer we have purchased and so far it's been great.
