We love this grill, had a knock off and that one broke down. Decided to buy the real one and love everything we cook on it.

The auger feed angle is not optimal. The auger crushes the pellets and jams. You have to take the feed unit out and clear it. It's an hour job. This happens when you run it on high heat and the auger is moving fast.

I’m not impressed on how low the grill sit. I’m only 5’8 and too low for me. The bending down slightly to flip burgers stresses my lower back. Needs a tray attachment to set items down. Don’t like the cleaning process. Still learning the ins and outs of grilling on a Traeger. Hopefully I can master it.

I had trouble with the first one, so Traeger sent me another one. I haven't had any problems since.
