I was preparing a 18” wide area for new stone between pool concrete and a fence all the way around 16’x 32’ pool. This area had become overgrown with grass and weeds. I was able to easily mix the Ortho Ground Clear into a one gallon sprayer. Then sprayed the entire area which quickly killed everything and replenished the space with 6000lb of river rock. It’s spring and nothing is growing up through the stones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho weed clear is so easy to use! Click in the hose on top, turn the cap and sprayer to on and spray. I have a lot of clover and weeds in my lawn. It seemed to kill some but not very quickly. I love it that it doesn’t hurt the grass.

This didn't work AT ALL. I bought the premixed bottle that you hook up to your hose. It didn't even kill the dandelions. I live in Texas and tried this a couple months ago when it was cooler. Nothing. Not a single weed died. I was nervous because we have St. Augustine grass in a few areas and read that it would also kill St. Augustine, but nope! The grass was fine. This stuff does NOT work. Can I get a refund?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on my lawn after mowing there were tons of weeds. I mixed with water as directed and sprayed my entire lawn making sure the leaves were covered. This is a contact killer, not something that works through the soil. It took several weeks but the clover was reduced by I'd say 75%, most other weeds died off and some other more sturdy broadleaf weeds weren't killed but were definitely supressed so I think one more application will get rid of them. None of I used this product on my lawn after mowing it with a four or five day stretch of dry weather forecast in the mid-late spring. I am trying to reclaim my lawn after having gone organic the last few years and losing the lawn to weeds. As usual, there were tons of weeds, I don't know the names of them, especially where I had planted new grass seed last fall. I mixed with water as directed and sprayed my entire lawn making sure the leaves were covered. The directed amount worked great my grass wasn’t killed even though it was covered in it. The directed amount worked great.

The mixing instructions were simple and easy to follow. This was my first time for this product, but it will not be the last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is an easy way to kill weeds, without having to spray the whole lawn. You can spot kill all kinds of weeds without hurting your grass. This is a good product to add to your lawn products. Sometimes you don't want to spray everything, or spread a granular product. I have a dog and at least this I feel better doing it this way and better for my dog, The spray is very effective and works very fast.

We have had a lot of heat and rain which make the perfect combination for lawn weeds.After anot our lastppling Weed Clear I was able to get our lawn looking great again.As a first time user this is certainly not our last.Great job AGAIN Scotts.
