[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used products to kill weeds in the past but never used a Ground Clear product. I have an area in my landscape i wanted to remove all vegetation in so I can re-design that ares. It had become an eyesore and it was time for a change. The Ortho Groundclear was definitely the product for the job. I love the ease of mixing the chemicals with water and you're ready to use. The 1/2 gallon size is perfect because I always have several half full containers in my cabinet and sometime buy more because I had forgotten i had them. The results were great and now I am in the process of replanting that area. Finally a refillable product in the perfect size that also eliminates much of the plastic waste in landfills.

No messy chemicals to mix , no old leaky hose end sprayer . Complete the application and just throw the spent container into the recycle bin . The lawn weeds are disappearing very quickly .

Bought the Hose End Ortho Dial N' Spray. The sprayer indicates that it connects to the Ortho Concentrate bottles so I bought the concentrate. No where on the concentrate bottle nor website does it indicate what to set the dial on the sprayer to when using this product. It doesn't even mention using this product with the sprayer. Poor marketing, will be sticking to the competitor who makes it very simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very wet spring and I hate weeds. I wanted to try Ortho's lawn weed killer. On 3/24/20 I took 4 photos and on 3/29/20 I took 4 photos of the same weeds, like a before and after. We had lots of rain during this time and finally the sun came out and I took these photos to show. I really like the wand made it quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had problem areas in my lawn with clover and crabgrass. This product did a good job in controlling those weeds. It was very easy to use due to the battery-operated comfort wand. However, the wand is a luxury that could be replaced with a conventional hand sprayer to reduce the cost / amount of plastic used in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very effective. However also killed my grass. You may have to follow the instructions very closely otherwise you might get yourselves patches of dead grass. But that tells this is very effective and does job well.

The dual-action formula starts working immediately. One ingredient kills on contact while the other penetrates deep into the plant to kill all the way down to the roots. The sprayed weeds began to wilt within hours after being treated, with weeds completely killed in a week or so. Rainfall or watering 15 minutes after application will not reduce the effectiveness of this powerful weed control. I applied to weeds with a 2 gallon tank sprayer. When mixed as directed, each 32-oz. bottle of concentrate creates 6.4 gallons of weed and grass killer to treat up to 2,240 sq. ft. I can mix up a batch and it lasts all summer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this about a month ago and let me tell you I was ecstatic to finally be able to spray my out of control weeds. I was pulling them by hand but I honestly couldn't keep up anymore. Unfortunately we are only allowed 6 pictures but the mess I had to deal with was pretty crazy. I used the Scotts Weed Killer first day I had it in my possession, As you can see the weeds needed attention. I read directions carefully which was pretty easy to follow and started my task of killing all these weeds. I would say 3 days went by without any rain and these weeds was still alive and well. I thought maybe I didn't soak them enough with the Scotts Weed Killer so I gave them another bath with this concoction. It states not to use an hour before it rains and luckily enough during this process of trying to tackle killing the weeds, It didn't rain once. So it's been about a week that I've sprayed all these weeds around my house and they are still green and growing. At this point I have used half the bottle and doesn't seem like I'm going to win this battle with the weeds I've encountered. Another 3 days go by and my husband decides to give Scotts a try since my efforts haven't worked. Keep in mind there is only half a bottle left so he doused these weeds with the rest of the killer. Finally after 4 days of him spraying them, The weeds finally start drying out and withering away. After almost 2 weeks the weeds died but now I have another round of weeds growing where we didn't spray. Honestly I think it would have been quicker to pull the weeds by hand then wait almost 2 weeks to die, On a good note, To this day which as been about a month those pesky weeds are still gone and have not returned. Would I recommend this particular Scotts Weed Killer, Probably not! I love Scotts and their products but this one wasn't nothing i was expecting. Didn't live up to the Scotts Brand and was disappointed. This one product will not detour me from using other products from Scotts. I would say if you have a very small weed infestation that this would work but not meant for a large area(s) that need attention with overgrown weeds.
