This corn beef was tender, well seasoned ,and delicious. A top quality piece of meat for a good price.

Corned beef is a fatty meat in itself. Can't expect otherwise. However, there was plenty available for St Patrick's day feasts.

I purchased two Groebbels corned beef briskets for a family dinner, and I have never been more disappointed. I’ve been buying and cooking this brand for years and have never had a bad one—until now. Both pieces had zero flavor, were full of gristle, and were tough and dry. This was absolutely not user error. I’ve cooked hundreds of pounds of corned beef over decades, and I consistently end up with tender, flavorful results. These were completely inedible. I’m honestly shocked at the decline in quality. This was $60 of meat straight into the trash, and an entire family dinner ruined. Groebbels needs to take a serious look at their quality control. I won’t be purchasing this brand again unless something changes.
