The best corned beef brisket brisket I have made in years!! Can't wait to fix it again!!!! Loved it and so did my family!!!!

Very fatty throughout, no good top fat cap. Has been good in the past, but this time it was an awful experience affecting the taste of all of it. Avoidable if packaging is clear.

This is the fourth year that we purchased this corn beef. A real crowd pleaser!!!!! We cook it in water in a Nesco at about 350 degrees from 11a to 4p then transfer it to a crockpot to keep warm with some of the seasoned liquid. We then add lots of vegetables to the Nesco and cook till done. We use an electric carving knife and it slices beautifully. Not a lot of fat, tender, flavorful. Saw unhappy comments but none of those issues here!

Perfect in a crockpot!

This was the worst corned beef I've ever purchased! For a 3+ pound roast I may have gotten a pound of meat. All the rest was fat!!

I bought a 4.2 lb corned beef. Couldn't be more delicious - served with horseradish sauce. Only wish they had 6 pounders. For a family of 4 and grandparents, I need to buy 2 since largest size is a little over 4 lbs.

I cook these in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water, some onion, and garlic cloves for an hour and a half, and it comes out amazingly tender and super moist. Always a hit at my house!

Delicious and not too salty. You must allow at least an hour per pound to be tender.

I bought this for St. Pattys day for what you pay and once you cook and cut up you dont get much at all. VERY FATY! it did have a good taste.
