Pretty tough

I have been cooking Corned Beef every St. Patrick’s Day for 25 years. I have NEVER seen a roast like this one. I cooked to the exact specifications with the same ingredients and usually the meat is tender and cuts easily. This roast was so tough and grisly my husband asked what the meat was! Practically inedible. My husband ate it... I chose not to it was that bad. I expect better from Sam’s.

Chemically treated meat that tastes like gritty dirt.
