I love my watch, I love the color and it works just as good as a Samsung or Google watch without the expensive prices. I have health certain health issues and it helps me to keep up with my values and most of my other medical devices can connect to it to keep track of the numbers.

Switched from FitBit and could not be happier. Love the features, the battery life. Very pleased with the recommendation to switch off features to extend the battery life. The silicone band I have reactions to so had to switch out band. The one thing I would recommend that I cannot find is when charging and I have gotten my steps in I am not able to add them to the day like I was with the other, I would really like to be able to add the steps in when charging or the workout in when charging but it does not let you load it into the day. I am so hopeful for this model and wanted it for a long time. Early birthdday present and so far loving it going to go ahead and subscribe for 1 year and test this out. Really like it, still figuring it all out. But so far so good. 58 year old female user.

Garmin is priced like a premium item because it is a premium item. After trying lower priced options over the years, with a constant stream of disappointment, this watch not only has all the necessary features but easily interface with my health tracker and other apps.

I’m going off of first glance of my new VIVO active five I was looking around like on Amazon and the ones they had at Amazon was like $20 cheaper but it was refurbished so I’d rather had brand new so I got a brand new one and so much better because I don’t want stuff from breaking down and I’m happy with my purchase. My husband made this purchase possible thank you to my man.

Love the touch screen and battery life! Does not have a specific button for triathlons. I love Garmin! I cannot wear an Apple Watch for one day without it going dead.You cannot use an to track your sleep at night because it has to be charged. Garmin works for at least a week. Even with all the new features on this watch, it is excellent. I also have a forerunner which has a triathlon specific button. I miss that on this watch but for everything else it is terrific! I cannot say enough about this watch.

Great watch for someone like me who appreciates the simple aesthetic and design but also wants a watch that accurately tracks mileage. I switched to this watch from an Apple Watch and it's safe to say I'm never going back. The numbers and data this watch collects seems very accurate and has a seem less connection to strava. This is great for a runner who wants the stats but not great for someone who wants to know every little thing going on in their body.

Really wanted something more simple than my Apple Watch. This Garmin Vivoactive 5 has been the perfect replacement! The charge... it lasts FOREVER! Perfect for tracking my fitness goals which is exactly what I wanted it for! Easy learning curve too coming from all Apple products.

Ive had this watch 5 months now and I can tell you with confidence it is not accurate unless you are using the gps. I workout Monday through Friday 4 to 5 miles mostly in a treadmill and it doesn’t accurately track even after calibrating. Doesn’t accurately track other workouts either. The step counter also not accurate as I some how made 1235 steps while driving… I’ve gone back to Apple now. The only good parts is it tracks right if you use the gps and the battery life is great.

Hopefully I can get it resolved but I just bought this a week ago and the battery life is terrible, I don’t have any of the extra settings on it. I turned off all the settings recommended to increase life and I’m still having to charge it daily. Besides that I love it.

I switched from apple to this watch. I hit all my goals (most days) with my Apple Watch, this watch basically called me lazy and I haven’t hit a goal once since putting it on a week ago. Sooo idk which watch is true but it’s kinda annoying either way. I did do an exercise with this watch and it does not correctly count the reps and there’s zero direction on how to use the watch to move though the workout, but don’t worry, I pushed all the buttons until I figured it out. Getting my music to work has been a hassle as well. Haven’t used it for walking outside yet though, too cold. But the battery life is super good, wore it for 6 days straight. The charger cord is really short too and I hate spending so much money on these things and then they don’t even give you the butt for the charger. Had to search my whole house for a c port charger 🙄
