This bread is definitely not keto. The first ingredient is wheat, which is not allowed on true keto and us highly inflammatory. It also has added sugar which is also a no on keto. Then the carb count is extremely high. Do not buy if you are keto.

This has less calories than regular white bread. My kids like it better than the delightful wheat version.

Tried it once, because of the low carbs, and I continue to buy it because the whole family loves it.

This bread has 12 carbs per 1 slice . 18 grams of carbs minus 6 grams dietary fiber equal 12 grams of carbs per slice .The package math is misleading.

Bought bread Wednesday, both loaves were moldy by Friday on the expiration date.

This is the best keto friendly bread I have found!
