Bread is pretty good

Bread is keto friendly. If strict keto, avoid. If you are lowering carbs and still want a delicious sandwich this is the best tasting lower carb bread around. 6 carbs a slice.

For those of us that are just wanting to reduce their carbs but love bread this is GREAT! Maybe not as low in carbs as NO bread, but still a great alternative to regular 14gm carbs per slice bread.

I’ve used this on my weight loss journey which is great since giving up bread has been hard. This has allowed me to still enjoy my favorite sandwiches without compromising my journey. I pair it with pop chips for a great snack/meal. Would definitely recommend!
