I bought the wrong one and had to return this so I didn't actually use it but it got great reviews online and I did my homework before purchasing the label maker

Have used a Letratag for several years now and am very satisfied with both machine and tapes. Ordering process from W-M was very easy; pickup took about 5 minutes, as opposed to several hours of running around town to find the product. Use online ordering and store pickup often for this reason.

It was great to be able to order online without having to visit a store and have the order shipped to the Canada Post office that is right around the corner from me for free! The product fits with my Dymo Label Maker and I even was able to buy a spare roll as a back up!

The tape is good just not enough in the roll for the price.

I, like others received the wrong item. The original price was way more that the price of the one I received. That price crossed off like it was clearanced maybe. Big difference between 23' and 13'. They are sending me the correct item soon. What I noticed was the picture is 13' but description of item and the title of the item both say 23'. Love this tape, works well, just not what I ordered.

Please note, this item is the standard 13 feet roll. The title of this item, as well as the description in the bottom, say 23 Foot roll. But when I got the item, I saw it's the regular, standard 13 foot roll. Looking now again closer at the listing, I see that the photo says 13 foot, and that is the item I got. It was just the tittle and description that had is saying 23 ft.
