Arrived with dents from shipping

As others have mentioned the product is heavy and difficult to return. I took the chance of ordering here hoping it would arrive damage free but it came with dents. The contents in the box is only protected on the corners. I will be returning it in store which is not going to be easy, but it is why I ordered it here and not from the manufacturer. It's probably going to be a great item so I'll try to reorder a second time and hope it comes dent free.

Arrived Damaged - Big Dents Back Side

Large deep dents in the back side of the safe. Very disappointing to say the least. And I'm expected to spend my one money to purchase packing tape to secure the box so that it can be picked up. That is unfair to a customer. Refund Requested ASAP and waiting on the return information to have the item picked up ASAP

Sam's Club price is the best I've seen

My safe ( SFW205GPC ) arrived 3 day's earlier than announced. It was in perfect condition. Not a scratch or dent on it. It worked from the first time. So glad to have peace of mind and being able to lock it with a key so that it can't be opened with a magnet (according to Sentrysafe Support Staff member. Sam's Club price is the best I've seen anywhere. A great safe at a great Price. Thank's Sam's and Sentrysafe. I am very satisfied

Dented on arrival but still functions

Like a number of other buyers, our safe arrived with a substantial dent on the top back corner. It's annoying, but it doesn't interfere with the function so we're not going to pursue getting it replaced. SentrySafe - if you're monitoring these reviews - there may be an issue in your packing/shipping of these safes that warrants a good look at.
