Moisture has entered the sealed off safe. Would like more information on why this has occurred and what can be done to correct this.

My safe is not opening at all, i called the retail shop and expecting for a refund or return, as i am not sure how safe to keep things.

Safe is just the right size and it is fire resistance. I like the additional security when using the key.

Just the right size for home use. Purchased separate mount kit for floor mount to prevent voiding water proof feature by using bolts included. Easy to set up. Great website to register. So far....worth the investment.

Followed all the instructions in the video and the stupid safe still does not work. Entered the code from the back on the manual, set a number, and worked for the first few times but not it displays as error every time we enter the code we set. Save your money and don’t buy this brand

Manufacturer is using inadequate packaging for a safe this heavy. Safe is damaged and the door won’t open. Great job Sentry Safe for selling me a 100 lbs pile of useless metal! Keypad won’t turn on either. The handle is still made out of cheap plastic! You charge a lot for little value!

i have just bought it, opened it easily, closed the door and till today struggling to open it again, i enter the factory cade and it says proceed but the door isnt opening, am worried its the key issue though its horizontal indicating unlock sign. help me please i dont know what to do, truly struggling and even regretting i bought it.didnt even get a chance to put any of my documents in it ! HELP :(

I should have gone with a mechanical combination lock. The electronics of keypad are messed up. Only randomly functions, and neither factory nor my code work. Error light flashes and then keypad goes dark again. Also I registered and logged in to submit this problem report and had to renter the same personal information. And now I see below I must do it again to submit this feedback.

This safe is the perfect size for the contents I am storing.
