I was so excited to hang these outside above my front porch. I took them out of the box and I was impressed by the way they had them packed (or so I thought). The stars were very neatly stacked on top of one another AND THEN I went to unravel the cords to stretch them out. The cords were all wrapped around each other (from the factory). I decided to try and unravel them. Well, 45 minutes later, I may have gotten them halfway untangled, but then I gave up. I gathered the cords back together by squeezing them and the stars were still neatly stacked. I got everything back in the box and back to the store, they will go.

Very disappointed that only 9 of the 10 lights work. Will return.

Worst packaging ever. Do not waste your time, or you will be leaving a negative review like many of us. I couldn't send back if I wanted to. It will never fit in the same box.

I was glad that I read the reviews about the snowflakes being tangled right out of the box. Be patient, and it's not that bad! I really need another set, but they are now sold out. I hope they get more, because I will definitely be buying another set. They are beautiful and I love the pattern that I chose. Mine are set up on a timer and it goes to that pattern each time the lights come back on.

I'm so excited the snowflakes are beautiful. Were adding solid red lights on trim with snowflakes.

Looked great last year unfortunately they don't work / light up anymore

We bought these over a month ago and went to hang them and one strand does not work. Now they are out of stock and we can not finish hanging our Christmas lights . Very disappointed that brand new lights are not working.
