I received my snowflakes today ,after all the reviews,I laid my five snowflakes on the bed and Loosely took them apart. I hung five at a time. After I got the five up there I hung the last five snowflakes. I did not have a issue with the wires getting tangled. I hung the wire down the wall and connected it to a outside extension cord. And put them on my timer with the other lights. I love the nine cycles that you can put them on they are so pretty. Only thing I worry about is when the strong winds come will they come down or end up hitting each other. Oh well I will enjoy them this season.

These are very pretty, but not made well. I've picked up three snowflakes off the ground because the wire snapped.

The packing job on these is awful. Give yourself about two hours to unravel them. At first we thought we received a returned item, but no, this is how the manufacturer packaged them.

The lights are quality made and look great. But as other people have stated they are a tangled mess. If you have time to waste and are very patient these lights are for you.

The packaging on these arrived perfectly. If you're concerned about the reviews saying they're tangled, they absolutely are not. Each stack of snowflakes is zip tied together, and each section of cord is coiled between each snowflake. They look great, one chain of lights made such an impact. Don't let the bad reviews dissuade you from purchasing.

I should have heeded the reviews but I was not worried about the items being tangled. I purchased 4 sets in 2024 and used during the holidays. Packed them up carefully and just opened and none of the strands work. These do not have a year warranty so to the landfill we go. Trust me these are a waste of money unless you are into disposable Christmas lights.

I do love the way these look. I did purchase 5 strands of these. 2 strands have a 1 snowflake that does not light up which makes it look terrible on my wrap around porch. I feel like they should hold up better and I'm disappointed. I would not recommend them because of this.

Beautiful but 3 of them don't work. Not sure how to get them to work but disappointed to have brand new lights not work.

I've been trying to untangle these lights for two days!! I'm wondering if I will ever get to use them. There is no rhyme or reason for this mess.

I bought the lights and yes allow yourself at least 1 hour because whom ever packaged them di not know what they were doing. A person could get very frustrated trying to get them apart.
