We loved having this in our media room. After using it for a year or so, the heating element went out. We paid too much for the product for it to stop working so soon and we haven't been able to find replacement parts. So disappointed!!

Easy to assemble and the machine works great. it is easy to move around. i use it at our company and relocate it ocassionally. The popcorn tastes greatand very simple to operate.

What a buy. The whole family enjoy popcorn & this enjoy this purchase. Money well spent on an item which makes good tasting popcorn in a short time. Had a family evening watching TV & the popcorn maker played a main part in providing the snacks. When guests have visited all have commented on the popcorn make & all have tried it and enjoyed the popcorn. This is something which will be used time & time again.

Bought it for my husband for his man cave. Everybody loves it, Popcorn and a good movie, you can't beat that.

Assembly went ok and, once I learned how to use the unit to produce, the popcorn was great. Cleanup is reasonably easy.
