Extremely painful experience, not recommended

I switched to Crest Pro-Health thinking it would give my teeth extra protection — what a huge mistake. This toothpaste literally caused chemical burns in my mouth. My gums became red, swollen, and painful. My teeth hurt. I even got bumps and sores on the roof of my mouth and behind my front teeth. It seems there’s an ingredient in this toothpaste that many people have reported reactions to, and unfortunately, I am one of them. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other toothpaste. I had to switch back to a different toothpaste just to get relief. If you value your oral health and comfort, stay far away from this product. It’s supposed to protect your mouth, but all it did for me was damage it.

I've never in my nearly 50 yrs of living purchased toothpaste with most of the tube filled with air. Sams is supposed to make sure members are getting the best value and products. How are they getting away with stuffing large air filled tubes into an oversized box. Make the boxes and the tubes smaller and stop gas-lighting us. I like the toothpaste but not the rip of. Please fix this if you really care.

We appreciate you sharing this with us, LaTanya. While these tubes might not see full due to air pockets, all of our tubes are filled by weight to make sure everyone receives the same amount. The main reason for the air pockets is that the product is filled into the tube via the open crimped end, which needs to be sealed afterwards. The airspace ensures that the product is not in contact with the crimp during this sealing process. There is no air pressed into the product intentionally. Never buy Crest again.

Half full tubes that are soft plastic, Toothpaste has the consistency of whipped cream, falls off the brush before I can get it to my mouth, very messy around the cap. I don't mind the taste but I feel cheated on the quality.
