The color cartridge did not work. How do I return?

Not sure if it's a Sams thing....Probably not. Definitely HP......the cost for these cartridges is insane. And now they even expire if too old and won't work in the printer. I'm getting tired of these printers and cartridges that work like crud for major money. You gotta pull the cartridges if you haven't printed anything in a week or so and clean them and HOPE it prints okay..... Hewlett Packard is single handedly making me NOT want to print things anymore. Keep in mind I'm and EX-Enterprise IPG HP sales person. I bet this comment doesn't even get past the moderators. Too much money involved for REAL reviews.

My printer requires that I use 64XL Inkjet Cartridges. I only buy the cartridges at Sam's because I get much more ink for my money. The cartridges at Sam's are larger and I have a choice of getting just black cartridges or 1 black & one color. The prints quality is very good. The cartridge lasts me quite a while although I do lots of printing. Also, I like the fact that the cartridge lets me know that it is getting low on ink. I consider this being reliable. However, it's still prints for quite a while before running out of ink.

I always use the HP ink cartridges. We have never had a problem with them. We have gotten the last few from Sam's. We can always depend on them being the best and we always get good copy quality. It is one of the few places that actually stock this in their store.

These cartridges are too expensive, no matter where you buy them.

Ridiculous price, buy the less expensive product and get ripped off on the refill. That's what big companies do to pad their pockets

As expected HP makes great ink cartridges for their printers. I've tried substitutes and the quality & quantity are not equal so avoid wasting money & the headache and purchase the real deal.
