Very high quality heavy duty machines. We use these at school and they stand up to heavy use without ever breaking. I use one at home and in my opinion they clean MUCH better than the Stanley Steamer guys do, Big thumbs up!!

Rented this cleaner from Lowes several times and it did an awesome job! Just waiting for a sale

l expected better redults from this machine 
l am not pleased at all
For commercial it only clean spots and not the entire carpet
l am very disappointed

Have white carpet, been down 28 years. I weigh 100 lbs & can carry this machine up & down stairs (without water & cleaning solution containers). My carpet doesn't look new after the cleaning but looks very very good. Takes time to do it right but well worth it. Unlike when a professional cleans it, you can do it at a pace that allows you to move furniture & let it dry before replacing furniture.  Just sorry I didn't buy it sooner.

Good investment for your home carpet.
