I was looking for a cost-efficient solution for my church was upkeep in between professional cleanings. I purchased this machine because I had rented the exact same model on several occasions for use in my home and was pleased with the results. Although we have not yet used it, I'm confident it will satisfy our needs.

Hands down the best carpet cleaner that I have ever owned

The performance is outstanding! Very easy to maneuver, it is actually fun to use, in my opinion, the best carpet extractor I have ever used in a home.

Bought about a month ago and has performed great. Simple to use and easy clean up compared to the other unit that I owned. Great fluid capacity as well.

Easy to use and to clean

I have had my machine for 4 years now and I absolutely love it! With 3 dogs, 5 cats, and 4 kids this thing gets used quite often! Bissell is also great with warranty repair. They let me take it into a local shop and they had it fixed same day. We bought one for my MIL because we love it so much and have loaned it out to many friends who have also purchased their own.

This product does a great job and really extracts the water from the carpet.
