It cleaned ok, some stains resurfaced after drying. It is heavy for a woman to use because it is not self propelled. Also it doesn't come with any attachments, so if you want to clean stairs.... More $$$.

I have used this machine only four times, but I am very impressed with its cleaning. The machine is easy to use. It cost a pretty penny but I am happy with my investment. I used bissell cleaning product ( linen) and it had a pleasant smell. The long cord is great.

I rented this for 3 days from Ace needed to rent again but found it for sale. this little machine is absolutely amazing. it picks up so much dirt. I don't think I will ever have my carpets professionally cleaned again because there's no way they do as good a job as this little machine. yes it did take me some time but I love the outcome and knowing everything is just so clean. you will absolutely be amazed and grossed out by what you pull out of your carpets LOL

We purchased this for our home and rentals and it does an amazing job. It pulls all the dirt and oils from deep down in the carpet and makes it look new again. The large tank makes cleaning much quicker and smoother by not having to change water all the time.

Got pet stains out in the first pass over the carpet. We were amazed how clean the carpet was and there were no leftover stains or smell. It worked as well as a professional carpet cleaner. We're just thrilled with the machine.

Love that it cleans forward and backwards! We use to rent this from lowes once a year but its time to own our own and glad we no longer have to share others messed from the rentals.

We bought this a month sho the only con ig's it doesn't come with the upholstery tools. It cleaned water stains from a leaking sink and pet messes wonderfully.

Love, love, love this machine. I've rented it several times from Lowes' and decided it was time to buy my own. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100.00 on the BG10 it's the commercial version, the one that you would rent. It cleans in both forward and backward motion. Highly recommend this product. Super easy to use, can clean a single room bedroom with one fill and dump. Takes two to three for my largest rooms. The carpet dries super fast, You will not regret this purchase, it's not cheap but you will have it for the life of your carpet and likely the next.

This machine is simply incredible. We were thinking of paying for professional carpet cleaners for a big job but after seeing the reviews on the Big Green we thought it was worth the investment. And the machine has not disappointed. It is intuitive, and simply works great.
