We love this cheese!

We have considered Dublinsr Cheese to be our go-to for many years. But no longer. Within the last year we have noticed the cheese is very dense, hard to cut, and does not melt easily. The flavor is there, but the product no longer the increased price. We will miss this staple in our kitchen.

Very distinctive taste and it pairs amazingly well with red wine! It is a cross between a cheddar and provolone.

Love this cheese! I shred the whole bar and keep in a Mason jar for pizzas, omelettes and baked spaghetti.

I wish for more grass fed grass finished selection in cheese with Sams Club. Excellent product very happy Sams carries Kerigold products.

Isn’t a real mature cheddar cheese. Low flavor and does not crumble as a real mature cheddar should. Disappointing.

I am from England and this cheese makes me feel closer to home! It’s a must have in our house. It’s nice and sharp, great taste.

This is a very tasty cheese at a very reasonable price. I cut it up and keep it in my fridge for a tasty snack
