All I can truly say about this is; YUMMY!!! This is very Smooth, kind of cheddar, parmesan; it’s a hard cheese but, melts in your mouth.

My wife is a cheese hound and loves her cheeses. So, I picked up this big block of Irish cheese for her and she was excited to have a go… opened the package and all moldy! Terrible discovery and not returnable to Sam’s so a bad experience for us.
