First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from there if needed. Also, make sure your Apple device is also running the latest software version. Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
