quality television

the sound is excellent, great picture, remote is a bit clumsy as the feature button to low for my comfort and fingers. remote could be larger.

TV good. Remote bad.

The remote is a poor design. Very difficult, impossible really to manage it in the dark. Seems crowded. TV is Samsung and I love it.

Dumb TV

The remote is slow very inconsistent. My YouTube tv gets stuck and I have to cycle power on the tv a lot

Hi Reino, Thank you for sharing your experience with the TV remote and YouTube app on the Samsung TU7000. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. If you continue having issues with your Remote, please ensure that there is nothing covering or blocking the IR sensor, which is below the Samsung logo on the bottom of the TV. You also may want to replace the batteries in your remote. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
