[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is junk, from the defectively-designed remote to the malfunctioning software. The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

Great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV but it could definitely use some more apps and I had an issue with the remote where I ended up having to buy another. I wish these TVs would have a force close button for apps as sometimes stuff like Netflix freeze up
Loving my Samsung!
ww bought the samsung 75” crystal last month for our den, it was easy to set up, and the picture quality is absolutely amazing!! crisp vibrant picture which seems to really draw you into whatever program you are watching. i was impressed with the sound as well, it has a great sound design . we had a 70” vizo before this purchase. this samsung definitely has a superior picture and sound quality. the remote is well laid out with a user friendly design. loads of features you can customize!! would totally buy this again, a great set at a very reasonable price!
Beautiful picture, poor usability
the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

Great TV..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv for our family room and to have the 4K experience. The 75” screen with its color and clarity is really good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the remote… small narrow remote with to manny buttons real close together. The four navigating button you have to make sure you hit or you will hit the back arrow button out of the app, then you'll have to restart the app. Overall the the TV is awesome!! But the remote is meh!
Fantastic TV, terrible remote
i've had this smart tv for over a year now and i love the features and ease of setup. however, the remote control is a disappointing inferior version of the one that came with my last samsung tv, a 50" mu6300. the lack of a voice search feature is sorely missing and would enhance the experience of this tv, even if it had to cost a bit more as this unit is an entry level and a great value for the price. another irritating feature of the remote is the pre-installed netflix and prime buttons which get pressed unintentionally all the time. come on mr. samsung, give us the better remote and i'll give you two more stars. thanks for all

Samsung television the greatest television ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the greatest television I ever had . The sound is off the chain. I love that I can mirror my samsung galaxy phone to the television. The picture is so vibrant and so clear you can see every detail of everything in screen. I like rge built in app buttons on the remote control very easily accessed. The television comes on quickly once you press the power button. The settings on the television are great no matter which one you choose. Its a great television I would like to buy more soon. I think It would be great if I could win the sound bar it would be like the movies for me and my grandchildren. Samsung you make great awesome products. Thank you.
Great Picture and Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with the 58” Samsung TU7000. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. Being able to hide the cords by running them down the stand really kept the area looking clean and neat. The colors are vibrant and the TV has a very life-like picture quality. The remote is awesome. The layout is easy to use. Having dedicated buttons for Apps like Netflix and Prime make it easy to watch shows. The TV reacts without lag to opening the apps which is very appealing. The TV also has a small bezel allowing more screen for viewing. Enjoying the Samsung TV
I love this TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for everything. We watch streaming apps like vudu and Netflix and Hulu and we also play Xbox on it. No matter what we are doing the 4k resolution is incredible! It's slow sometimes but we use it a lot and our internet is faulty. I wish the remote was bigger and sturdier and had a full keyboard on it but other than that I love my tv
Crystal clear picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has not had a smart tv before this was a huge leap from our previous one. I was dreading the whole set up but it was so easy. The instructions were clear and simple to follow and it only took a few minutes to set up and we were off. The colors are vibrant and I can't believe how clear the picture is. The remote is really easy to use even though it can look daunting. I love the Samsung tv plus and all the free channels you get. The setting to change the picture mode to suit what you are watching is a great feature. The expert setting are great on the picture and sound if you know what you are doing.It's so simple to switch between the different apps not only using the preset buttons on the control but just by hitting the home button and scrolling through to find the app you want. The sound also has to be mentioned as you can see the volume level on the tv and we don't have to have it that high anymore as our air con can be quite loud. So far the only downsides to the tv are that I wish the power cable was longer and that it had 3 HDMI ports and not 2. I am loving it so far though and can't wait to see what else it offers.
