TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this TV for several months now and so far I am very pleased. The picture is very crisp and clear especially in 4K format. I also find that the menu is very extensive for this price point. The Tizen operating system is very smooth running with no complaints. I'm not that crazy about the remote though. I constantly push the wrong button cause of the button layout. I think Samsung should rethink the remote for this particular model. If the remote was better regarding button layout this probably would have got a better rating.
Good TV, Terrible Remote Control
Overall it a nice TV though I'm not impressed with the "Smartness" part. The web browser is both slow and quite awkward to use even with a wireless mouse and keyboard. It come installed with apps for Hulu, Netflix and Prime. I cant comment on Hulu and Netflix as I only have Prime but an Amazon Firestick with its own remote is far superior to the Samsung app which leads me to the Samsung remote control. There are dedicated buttons for Hulu, Netflix and Prime which take up real estate better used for something else if only for more spacing between other buttons. And Heaven forbid you unintentionally press one. Backing out is a frustrating three step process. There are two other menus available to access those apps. Why have dedicated buttons. The remote itself is too skinny, buttons on the small side and too close together. It's the only remote I've ever had that has the "power" button on the top left. It has a round back that prevents one handed operation when laying on a table or next to you on a sofa as it rocks side to side if you attempt to press a button. You must pick it up to use it or use a second hand to hold it steady. The buttons suffer from contact bouncing which is very annoying. Intermittently skips up or down channels and volume settings. Sometimes three of four increments. Bottom line: the worst remote I have ever had. BN59-01315A If you have cable and mostly use the cable remote, then it's not much of a problem. Otherwise ... I would only recommend this product to a friend after demonstrating the remote.

Enjoying the quality at a fair price

I decided to invest in one during the pandemic times because I watch shows and such on Netflix often and might as well enjoy it on a larger screen. Setting up the TV to connect with all my streaming apps was really easy. Navigating the TV's remote also super easy. Impressed and happy with my purchase.
Great features and awesome performance

The smart features are intuitive and there are plenty of apps that are well integrated. Setting up the TV was very straight forward. The remote also works very well, simple and has plenty of reach. Actually looking at buying a second one to replace our 75".
Awesome TV!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Television! I love the picture quality and the sound quality. I love all the apps that are available. The home menu is very easy to use and to navigate through the different apps. I like how you can rearrange the home app icons to fit your own needs to what you watch more often to less often. Downloading apps is very quick and easy. The TV itself takes up very little space because it is so thin and the legs are also very thin. Putting the legs on is also very easy.
Samsung 65” 4K Ultra HD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very nice, outstanding picture quality! The trim is very smooth and sleek and looks very aesthetically pleasing and modern, in the home, I love to use this TV for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, YouTube, Disney+, and so much more! It has tremendous speed for streaming and the software design is very easy to use. The universal remote is wonderful and easy to use once you get the hang of where everything is. You can customize your smart hub section and I love that! The TV speakers are great however I already have a sound bar and sub in my room. You can do so many things on this TV making it so versatile and that is amazing to me. The only con to this TV is the power chord is on the left side of the TV while the other inputs are on the right, not a very good design when trying to hide chords in the wall or tying them together. Overall a wonderful TV and I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Amazing picture
i bought this tv to replace a roku, the picture is amazing. it makes older movies look like real time as well as new ones. my only complaint is the remote setup, the buttons for other apps are too close to the arrow buttons. you go to hit the return button and push another app button because they're too close to one another. but in the end this tv is quite amazing!
Good picture bad controls and sound function
picture is good but sound controls, menus, pre loaded apps and remote are garbage. you either use tv speakers a digital connection that requires constant clicking on the volume or a bt connection you have to re connect each time you turn it on. remote is poorly laid out and menus are cumbersome. needs a software update to change these controls and sound function.

The quality of the picture is amazing

The functions are user friendly and the menus are clean and simple, if you need to adjust a parameter there is an easy way to do it without compromise time and effort. I love my recent purchase and the good things comes with it
Good screen, awful software
in the age of tv's now where every one has their own software, this samsung interface is one of the worst. its so extremely laggy that its hard to even navigate the menu and the input from the remote is terrible too. the interface itself is not smooth and far from user friendly. i have already bought a google chromecast with android tv to plug in and use instead. the only reason it got more than 1 star is because the picture quality is nice when you are finally able to pull up what you want to watch.
