[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is easy to use with its special keys to netflix and samsung tv... the apps are great and include all what you need to watch on tv. the internet browser is the best tv browser i ever use before on other tvs. the connections between other systems and the tv are easy like from my phone to it. the picture in high definition are more better than my other tv which is 1080p only. this 4k enhance the pictue to look like 4k.

The remote is easy to understand and operate. The picture on the TV is super clear and the ultra 4K makes it look almost too real. My first time with a Smart TV and I love the advancement in easy access to the internet and other video providers. Great purchase!

pros: just got this yesterday and it has great pic and a good value for the money. cons: (1)the remote was a total disappointment! its has a mind of its own and keys are way to close to each other and no back light and is a pain to use when the lights are off (2) smart tv software needs a update !!m

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ended up being exactly what I wanted out of my TV - an all around high-quality TV for an affordable price. The picture quality is solid - obviously does not hold a candle to an OLED, but you can't fairly compare this model to something 5-10x the price. I liked the customization and various modes (particularly the dynamic and gaming modes) as I was able to tweak the settings to further improve the picture in my room and for my specific connected devices. The only thing I do not like is the blinding white "No Signal" screen and menus - this can be painfully bright in a bedtime setting or first thing in the morning. A dark theme or at least an option of one would have been nice. The built in speakers were also a bit underwhelming but again at this price point it's not really fair to expect much better. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to audio and added an expensive soundbar to my setup which greatly improved my experience, but more casual users might be just fine with the built in speakers. In summary, this was a great budget all-around choice for both gaming and streaming.

Exist free programs to watch, this is amazing. And my son's video game was connected on the tv, the image is perfect. I really love this tv. The size and image quality is my favorite things about this tv. I can watch tv with my windows open, and the light no influence the tv image. I ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of picture is great. My only dissatisfaction is with the smart tv interface and the remote. I will likely switch to another smart tv device. The embedded apps are annoying, especially ones I will never use. Also the remote is poorly designed for my bigger fingers. Return keys and arrow keys should be more pronounced. A lighted keypad and microphone would be a nice addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our 85 inch Samsung! Love it love it love it!. The picture is great and the menu is so easy to use! Our kids play XBOX on it as well. We bought it as part of remodel to our bonus room and fits the space perfectly. We watch all of our sports teams and have weekly movie night since it's like being at the movie theater. I wish we had room down stairs for another one but getting ready to buy a 75 inch of the same model. Being able to easily switch back and forth between online accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc) and the kids being able to switch to bluetooth headphones is the best. I've recommended this TV to multiple friends who have since gone out and purchased one. I feel like it's my 3rd child :-) - Thanks Samsung!

Bought the TV at a great price and was so excited. Samsung dropped the ball on this with the remote. It is not intuitive at all, and the buttons are so small and crammed together that you end up pushing 2 or 3 buttons at a time. Also, anytime you make any adjustments to your picture setting and want to go back to what you are watching, you have to wait for the home screen banner to drop off the lower 1/3 of the screen because trying to push the button to get it off will result in it going to a completely different screen/app. It also glitched (completely blacked out) badly for several seconds at a time while playing Xbox action games like Halo or Nascar (the glitching would cause you to crash in driving games and take hits in Halo. I ended up returning the TV because the remote was that bad and it was driving me crazy because of the glitching issue while gaming. Sam's customer service was awesome!

i needed a new tv badly,my current tv is over 12 years old with a picture that comes and goes.i was given the opportunity to get this.boy oh boy,what was was i waiting for? i absolutely love this tv.the picture is so bright, crisp, and vivid.the sound is incredible,i'm hearing everything i've never heard before.i don't have to turn it up,to actually hear anything. i enjoy tye fact that it is all on one remote.less clutter for me,or one less remote to loose. i'm not to tech savy,but this is easy to use for me.

i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.
